We’Re looking for a self motivated Sales Manager to help drive the wholesale business of our sports nutrition brands in Latvia.
This individual will be part of the driving force behind the business growth strategy, with particular emphasis being placed on growing and maintaining the brand’s distribution within the Latvia’s retail and gyms sector and supporting multi-channel sales efforts.

Identify prospective customers, follow leads from existing clients, and attend trade shows and conferences
Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and to explain how specific products can meet these needs
Help customers select products based on the customers' needs, product specifications, and regulations
Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations
Answer customers' questions about prices, availability, and product uses
Negotiate prices and terms of sale and service agreements
Prepare sales contracts and submit orders for processing
Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies and marketing information
Follow up with customers to make sure they are satisfied with their purchases and to answer any questions or concerns
The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 5 years experience within a distribution team
Thorough understanding of the Latvian fitness & nutrition market
Good relationships with key retailers and gyms in Latvia
Proven sales experience within a retail environment
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Previous strategic sales growth experience across worldwide accounts
