I am searching for a minimum 1, 5 rooms ( but can be more ) apartment to buy in Latvia.
The preferably regions are Alūksnes, Daugavpils, Rēzeknes, Valkas, Valmeiras, Jēkabpils novads, but I will listen everything, just leave me a message.
The requirements:
- flat
- The condominium is not abandoned.
- Has a bathroom
- and the utilities are inside the flat.
- the price is under 5000 euro.
- It's not a problem if it needs renovation.
