Dzinga is is currently looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. The Specialist plays an integral role in lead generation, nurturing, email marketing, global campaigns & customer/prospect outreach activities. This person will define, create, execute and manage all aspects of marketing campaigns. This includes partnering with demand generation to execute campaigns, emails, landing pages, optimizing segmentation, as well as setting up all associated workflows. This person will become one of the company’s marketing automation “Super Users”, maintaining, evolving and driving best practices.
Managing Creation, scheduling, and approvals of email and SMS;
Monitor email deliverability to optimize inbox placement;
Understand of segmentation, data and have the ability to use filtering to create targeted campaigns based on business criteria;
Knowledge of CRM (Sales Force) and campaign management;
Deliver reporting and insight that accurately measures email performance;
Develop A/B tests and provide actionable insights to improve email program performance on an ongoing basis;
Manage the email calendar and keep it up-to-date;
Recommend future email initiatives based on industry trends, results and best practices, build on successes and make recommendations for improvements;
Manage relationship with email service provider maximizing technology and resources;
Identify and help troubleshoot technical issues and work with team to resolve;
Familiar in HTML/CSS and email design;
Positive attitude and energy;
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required;
2+ years of experience in Marketing Automation Systems;
Strong understanding of marketing processes including campaign execution, Q&A testing, and conversion measurement;
Excellent follow-up skills with great attention to detail;
Strong understanding of email best practices.
Highly analytical and able to act on data through A/B testing and email optimization
Experience with Google Analytics
Proficient in MS Excel.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with excellent communication and collaboration skills
Solid understanding of database management.
Must able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of English and Russian;
