The Company is now looking for the experienced professional with a hands-on attitude and willingness to tackle challenging projects for the position of
Assistance with event management (organizing of conferences and presentations) and business development/marketing projects.
Ongoing relationships with family offices, banks, asset managers, investors and agencies, agents.
Representing the Company by attending different marketing events.
Retaining and expanding of contacts databases.
Preparation of marketing materials (presentations, factsheets, event programs, etc. )
Overall marketing communication to support and boost promotion of services.
Experience in marketing and business development, building strong relationships with partners and promotion of products and services;
Good PC skills (Power Point, Excel, Word, etc. ), ability to work with data bases and email programs;
Ability to work successfully under stress, flexibility when working in dynamic environment;
Strong analytical and problem solving skills and a continuous improvement attitude;
Solid English skills, perfect Russian knowledge;
Good writing skills (sense of style, grammar, business correspondence), ability to occasionally write press releases and short articles;
Positive attitude and easygoing approach to everyday communication with colleagues and clients;
High sense of responsibility.
