We are looking for Crewing Operator to source qualified maritime personnel in accordance with customers’ requirements.

Responsibilities:
Pre-select and present crew members based on customer requirements
Communicate with seafarers, crewing managers and agents
Maintain crew planning and scheduling
Organize crew changes, including planning, document preparation and travel bookings
Maintain and update crew records
Apply for visas and endorsements as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in English, Russian, and Latvian (both spoken and written)
Computer literacy
Ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
Ability to work under pressure
A degree in maritime studies, human resources, or experience in the maritime industry will be considered an advantage.
