Responsibilities:
Pre-select and present crew based on customer requests
Communicate with crew, vessel managers, etc
Follow up and coordinate seafarers on crew changes
Maintain crew planning and scheduling
Keep crew records updated and ensure document control
Apply for visas and endorsements as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
Proficiency in English, Russian, and Latvian (both spoken and written)
Computer literacy (MS Office, crew management software)
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Ability to perform under pressure
A degree in maritime studies, human resources, or experience in the maritime industry will be considered an advantage.
