We are now looking for a Human Resources Specialist (for 5 hotels) to join our dynamic team here at Radisson Hotel Group.
About the Human Resources Specialist Role:

The Human Resources specialist performs specific HR functions like recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, rewards, and employee relations, is responsible for working toward a company’s long-term success. HR Specialist is an employee-facing position and must interact with employees of all levels daily.
The position will be based at Radisson Blu Daugava Hotel, but you will support multiple hotels in Riga.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of HR experience in a similar position
Education at HR field is a plus
Knowledge of one or more HRIS systems
Fluency in Latvian and English, knowledge of other languages will be considered as an advantage
Excellent coordination and time management skills
Detail-oriented and highly ethical personality
Ability to work effectively in a team
Excellent communication skills
Experience in a Hospitality and/or the Tourism sector is desirable
Responsibilities:
Recruiting and hiring employees for various positions
Assisting new team members with their onboarding process
Ensuring a smooth off-boarding process;
Maintaining documentation related to labor relations
Maintaining and coordinating the HR side of the payroll process
Coordinating training and development
Administering health and safety, wellness programs
Preparing HR reports
Coordination of various HR related projects
