Bella Pizza, located in the Rāmkalni recreation park, is looking for an energetic and passionate chef – pizza maker, who takes pride in creating a delicious experience for every guest.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Previous experience as a chef or in a similar role;
Knowledge of cooking processes and food preparation technologies;
Ability to follow sanitary and hygiene requirements;
Willingness and ability to work in a dynamic environment and in shifts;
Ability to stay calm under pressure;
Responsible and positive attitude towards work;
Good communication skills and team spirit.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receiving and ordering ingredients;
Preparing semi-finished products;
Crafting and baking pizzas in a wood-fired oven;
Ensuring hygiene standards are met;
Preparing ingredients and monitoring expiry dates.
