We’re a small, fast-moving agency working closely with exciting clients, including a growing sports startup and sustainability tech company. We’re now looking for an organised, proactive and creative team member to join us.
What You’ll Do
You’ll work directly with the founder on a mix of marketing, events, and sales activities both for our main sports client and occasional projects for other brands.
Tasks will include:
Event research, logistics and coordination e. g. location and catering scouting
Event marketing and communications
Helping grow and engage our sports community
Creating social media content in coordination with designers
Reach out to sponsors and partners
Sales outreach to event organisers and potential clients
Assisting with general day-to-day tasks across marketing and operations
What We’re Looking For
A proactive, hands-on attitude you like making things happen
Strong communication and organisational skills
Comfortable with creating content in English and Latvian, writing short posts, emails and outreach
Interest in sports, events, or community building (a plus, not a must)
Similar experience is great but not essential we value drive and curiosity most
