Aviation Esthete specializes in the aesthetic care of business jets, including aircraft paintwork polishing and refinishing, vinyl application, exterior detailing, and detailed interior cleaning and polishing. We operate in Latvia, across Europe, and in the UAE, and we are looking for a skilled and responsible professional who consistently delivers high-quality work.
Main Responsibilities:
Preparing and refinishing aircraft components
Polishing aircraft paintwork and individual parts
Applying vinyl elements (stickers, markings)
Performing exterior washing of business jets
Conducting detailed interior cleaning and interior polishing
Correcting minor visual defects
Working with professional chemicals, tools, and equipment
Traveling to project locations (Latvia / Europe / UAE)
Requirements:
Solid hands-on experience in painting, detailing, polishing, or related work
Accuracy, responsibility, and strong attention to detail
Ability to maintain high-quality standards
Languages: Russian, English
Willingness to work on-site and travel for assignments
Employment Terms:
Probation period (3 months): 1200 €
After probation: 1500 € to 3500 €, depending on performance and workload
