I rented a completely new, never inhabited twin house side/private house. The area shall be fenced and shall have an automatic opening/closing gate for entering and placing the car under the roof. Half of the outdoor yard is paved. The house is fully equipped with all plumbing (1st. WC, stone mass sink, large mirror with lighting; 2nd hour -WC, bidet, spacious shower room, long stone mass housing with 2 sinks, large mirror with lighting and input/output for washing machine and clothes dryer), with a holding under the stairs. Heating and hot water preparation is ensured by gas heating boiler, water supply and sewage discharges - urban communications. House 1st is installed warm floors, 2nd - heating radiators. The floor of the building is tiled, floor-washed solid wood ash parquet. The kitchen of the house is complete with a stone working surface, induction stove, microwave and oven ovens, a hood and a large 2-door refrigerator with ice preparation function. The living room has a fireplace and all windows of the house are covered with blinds. Multi-room lighting for its more convenient use is divided into zones and/or DIM function.
