    It is July 7, and I have not received a stimulus check in 2009. AmI supposed to?. My niece said that she saw on the news on June 23, 2009, that SS recipients are scheduled to receive a check. Did she understand it right? If so, when will I receive it? Thank you, Jackie Corbin
